    BROADVISION

    To Whom It May Concern:

I have worked with Tony John for over one year. He reported directly to me on two projects. He helped design and develop many web pages using Java Script for the Home Depot Online Store project. He was often called upon to develop the more complex pages. He was able to produce quality pages on time and then took on additional work assigned to others in order to ensure we made our deadlines.

I also worked with Tony developing BroadVision's One-to-One Workplace. His understanding of BroadVision's architecture was invaluable on this project. I relied on him to develop many web pages in Java Script. His code had very few errors and his designs were reliable.

Tony was a contractor during these two projects yet he was always part of the team. I often had to ask him to work extra hours in the evenings and weekends and he was always available. I enjoyed working with Tony very much and would recommend him for any front-end development project. I wanted to convert Tony from a contractor to employee but was restricted by BroadVision during the acquisition of Keyeon, the developer of One-to-One Workplace.

I would gladly hire Tony as a contractor and if I had a permanent position, he would be my first choice. If you have any questions about Tony, please call me at 404-607-2771 or email me at mitch.rodeberg@broadvision.com.

    Sincerely,

    Mitch Rodeberg

    Manager of One-to-One Workplace Development
