Background
Born into a middle class family with two sisters and one brother. Growing up in Malayattoor was fun. It's a small village with lakes, river and mountains, which makes Kerala The Gods own Country.
This was a memorable part of growing up since one could fish in the lakes and swim in the river. In this small village we had only one school named St.Thomas High School but always called as 'THE SCHOOL'. Every one who had an opportunity to study, went there and probably that is why everyone knew each other.
Initially I wanted to be an agriculturist, which was the means for the daily bread of most of our villagers. Moreover, I just Love it. But I decided to select the traditional profession of our family : Teaching.
Completed B.Ed from Kerala University Teacher Education Centre, located at the Alapuzha [The most beautiful place of Kerala and is famous for boat race and it's backwaters].
After B.Ed, had a second thought about teaching. And I reached Kongu Engineering College, Erode for MCA. Three years of Engineering changed my life.
The last few years were crucial in my life. I was going from knowing everybody to knowing nobody, from the world of soft feelings to the world of softwares, and from the world of men to the world of machines!!
And all these make me NOSTALGIC......

Professional background
SRA Systems: I was selected to SRA Systems Ltd, Chennai through campus interview by end of my MCA. Joined as a project trainee in SRA on December, 1996.
During my career in SRA, I got the opportunity to work with their sister company 'Software Systems & Solutions' in USA for around 2 years on projects with their various clients like HomeDepot, BroadVision, Bank Of America etc, in Atlanta .
Digital Globalsoft (Hewlett Packard): I joined Digital Globalsoft (Hewlett Packard), Bangalore in March 2003. My first assignment was to lead a team and develop a project for Microsoft, USA. Immediately after this project, I moved to one of the clients of Digital in USA, with the responsibility of co-ordinating the offshore development activities.
Omnicell, USA: I joined Omnicell, Houston in August 2004. I joined as a senior software engineer working on .NET technologies. Currently, I am a Consulting Engineer with Omnicell, leading a team of engineers in our Research facility in Houston.
My interests
Web development is my favorite hobby (of course after farming & agriculture). By the way, I am the founder of the leading websites including www.IndiaStudyChannel.com, www.DotNetSpider.com, www.AspSpider.com, www.SpiderKerala.com etc. Currently, my websites are visited by millions of people.
During my career in Bangalore and Chennai, I helped many poor students learn .NET technologies. I helped several people on their projects and assignments. I am very happy that most of them became .NET experts and achieved great heights in their career. Due to lack of time, I am not in a position to help those who call me daily asking for help in learning .NET.
My Future Plans
My own Business! Thats everybody's dream, right? But making it a reality requires more than just dreaming. If I can start a web site from zero and make it one of the most admired web sites of Kerala, I can very well prove my strength in owning a software development company. It cannot be too far...
Update January 2009: This is not a future plan any more. I am riding the tiger now !
City life was an excitement for me several years back, but not any more. Almost 10 years of American life has made me realize the value of being with family, relatives and friends. The dreams are changed and wish list is replaced ! Living in a farm house with fewer computers and a lot of people around me have come back to my dreams again. I do not want to be driven by computers for long.
Business
Currently I and Manju are directors of SpiderWorks Technologies Pvt Ltd, India. Also, I am a major partner of ISC Technologies, India. Both businesses are engaged in online advertising & related business. In addition, I am involved in outsourcing business where my companies act as mediator for overseas companies that outsource their software development business to India. We have partnered with a major software development firm in India to execute projects for our clients.

Today I received your reply/feedback for my question in ISC/forum where I saw your link under your name and came to your personal website to know more and I am really very impressed on your personal statement, experience, thoughts, hard works, guidance and down to earth attitude etc.
